Boy Scout Troop 55 monthly paper drive, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Pronto parking lot.

Storytime – Teddy Bear Picnic – 10 a.m., Norelius Community Library. Bring your favorite plushie to the library for stories, songs, snacks, games and a special activity. For children ages 0-5.

The Story of the Orphan Train, presented by Pippa White with One’s Company, at the Charter Oak Public Library, 2 p.m. Performance is in celebration of National Library Week, April 7-14. The Charter Oak Public Library will also host an open house and a book sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School annual spring fundraiser, “A Night in Nashville,” at Stables at Copper Ridge. Doors open at 5 p.m. Meal, catered by Staley’s, starts at 5:30 p.m. Entertainment by Radio Rangers and live and silent auctions throughout the night. Tickets are $45 before the event and $50 at the door.

Fiesta Mariachi 2024, Denison High School gym. Doors open at 6 p.m. Music to start at 6:45 p.m. Tickets for the meal are sold out. Tickets to hear the music without the meal are available at the door.

Crawford County For Life “Rally For Life” at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 2-4 p.m. Free pizza and drinks served from 4-5 p.m. Speakers are Kirstan Gray, author and nationally-known speaker; Pastor Jonathan Conner from Manning; and Pastor Rebecca Erlemeier from Harlan. Christian music performed by Aaron Larson along with local youth. Information presented by Crawford County For Life. $1,000 scholarship to be awarded to a local high school senior.
